My sim card suddenly stopped working over the weekend. I reported the matter on Tuesday midday and a replacement card was delivered to my office the following morning. Thank you so much for the superlative service!

Vuma installed our fibre within 2 days, Afrihost delivered the router the same day.  We went through endless whatsapp’s late night phone calls, and nobody could solve our problem until a wonderful lady by the name of FLOSSY got in contact with us.  She must have spent at least 2 hours trying everything and eventually it started functioning and this was after 21h00 at night time.  Somebody should promote this lady, she is worth every cent.  Nobody else was able to assist us or solve the problem.  Thank you Flossy, you made it all worthwhile

I have been a client of Afrihost for a few months now and I am so happy with the services they provide. My wifi works perfectly in all the locations I tend to use and I have never had connection problems. The 2 times I had to contact customer service to assist me with something it was sorted out in minutes. No fuss. I absolutely love how affordable they are and I cannot live without the wifi topup option when my data runs out. THANK YOU for your amazing service.

Fantastic service from Nipho, on the afrihost helpdesk.

We started dealing with him at 5 pm due to internet issues, and he worked with us tirelessly to get us back online at 8 pm (with the help of Dumelo at TT connect).

He called us back multiple times in the process as he kept trying different things to get us up.

Fantastic service! I am a very happy client knowing that there is a dedicated team at Afrihost who is willing to help whenever inevitable issues occur.

We are very happy with Afrihost’s fixed LTE-A service for our specific needs.  Last year their Rain connection did all we needed and this year the CellC connection is just as good.  Telephone and email response from the service centre is very good - prompt and helpful - and the connection has performed as advertised.  (Tested 10MB/s which is good for this technology.)
