I’ve been a happy customer of Afrihost’s for many years and today I got just another fantastic reminder of why they are one of the best service providers in SA. After getting Fiber a few months back, my router started acting up and got progressively worse as time went on. Eventually a few calls to technical support confirmed my suspicions that the router was likely faulty. So I bought it in this morning to Greg (I think, I’m not very good with names) and not only did he confirm that it was faulty, but I got an apology and a replacement router on the spot which he also went the extra mile and configured for me before I left. Absolutely stunning customer service! And a big thanks to Greg and his assistance!

My sim card suddenly stopped working over the weekend. I reported the matter on Tuesday midday and a replacement card was delivered to my office the following morning. Thank you so much for the superlative service!
Vuma installed our fibre within 2 days, Afrihost delivered the router the same day. We went through endless whatsapp’s late night phone calls, and nobody could solve our problem until a wonderful lady by the name of FLOSSY got in contact with us. She must have spent at least 2 hours trying everything and eventually it started functioning and this was after 21h00 at night time. Somebody should promote this lady, she is worth every cent. Nobody else was able to assist us or solve the problem. Thank you Flossy, you made it all worthwhile

I have been a client of Afrihost for a few months now and I am so happy with the services they provide. My wifi works perfectly in all the locations I tend to use and I have never had connection problems. The 2 times I had to contact customer service to assist me with something it was sorted out in minutes. No fuss.
