My experience with Afrihost was amazing. I placed an order and it arrived two days later. It wasn’t connecting to my modem, so used the Whatsapp service to ask for help. A man called Thulani helped me - he was brilliant. Efficient, communicative, straightforward. I followed up at another point and received more help from a woman called Pinky. She was also very good and she was able to help me initiate the wifi.

I just want to extend my gratitude to Rhulani.N He was godsent. He worked tirelessly with resolving. He was polite, humble, and professional. He even went as far as remotely logging into my PC issues. After having experienced such great service I can really say “I am at home with Afrihost”.

Thank you for OUTSTANDING service. Its rare that a company goes above and beyond in customer support and service, but you guys have succeeded. From sorting out getting my line freed up (it was being held by anther company and I was having no success with them), to prompt responses to every request, be it an email, WhatsApp or phone call, to fibre that is working perfectly, I’m a very grateful customer.

In a country where good client service can be rare, Afrinatic is really a gem within Afrihost and deserves the highest praise, always extremely helpful and friendly and always does goes above at beyond. I’d just like to give a shout out to Thabiso from support in particular who went above and beyond to get my fibre installation working. After much inconvenience I got through to him and he really made the best of a bad situation. He always phoned back when he said he would and was constantly keeping me in the loop at each step. Keep up the good work Thabiso. I’ll be staying with Afrihost for a very long time if this is the kind of people I get to deal with.
