    • This prize draw is organised and promoted by Afrihost (Pty) Ltd, Registered office: Building 2, Bentley Office Park, 67 Wessel Road, Rivonia, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
    • The free prize draw is open to all Afrihost Twitter followers, who are Residents of South Africa and over the age of 18.
      However, if you are an employee of Afrihost (or its parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated company) or are otherwise associated with the prize draw, you and any member of your family or any agent are not eligible to enter.
    • By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
    • The winner will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in taking advantage of their prize.
    • If the winner is chosen and there are noted irregularities (i.e. the email address or person does not exist, is not delivered to a person, or is forwarded to a person with a different identity etc.) the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
    • Any entries received after the closing date will be invalid. Afrihost accepts no responsibility for any errors of any other kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry, or for delayed or lost entries.
    • Competition winners who receive prizes classified as "major", such as iPads, desk fridges, smartphones, gaming consoles or other devices, will not be eligible to win prizes in other Afrihost promotions or competitions for a period of 6 weeks. Once this "cooling off" period expires, they will become eligible again. This restriction will not apply to recipients of "minor" prizes such as bandwidth and other miscellaneous (non-device) prizes, who will be eligible for consecutive competitions or promotions, or until such time as they become a "major" prize winner.
    • Afrihost will use it's own official timelines and digital feeds to determine the timing and eligibility of electronically submitted competition entries. Due to the nature of electronic media, discrepancies can arise due to time zone settings, delays in delivery as well as the medium used to submit entries (phone apps, web pages,etc.) In all instances, Afrihost's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into to dispute prize winners once publicly announced.
    • If we cannot get hold of any prize winner, we reserve the right to pick another.
    • All entries will be examined and the prize shall be awarded to the winner selected at random by Afrihost from all eligible participants who have correctly entered the prize draw in accordance with entry instructions. No correspondence will be entered into.
    • The winners will be notified via email or phone call, and the prizes will be issued as soon as possible.
    • Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
    • Afrihost reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of like value at any time and for any reason. 
    • The prize may itself be subject to certain terms and conditions, including for example, Apple's terms and conditions. The winner is solely responsible for complying with such terms and conditions.
    • Details of the winners will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope (Afrihost, PO Box 5116, Rivonia, Johannesburg, 2128) within six weeks.
    • Afrihost reserve the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time and will endeavour to give you advance notice of any such change or withdrawal. However, in some cases, advance notice may not be possible.
    • Participants accept that if they breach these rules they will be disqualified and their prizes will be revoked even if the prize has been issued prior to discovering breach of terms.
    • Under no circumstances will Afrihost (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion or the prize.
    • The devices are covered by a manufacturers warranty. Should any problem arise with the device, it is the responsibility of the device manufacturer to undertake any repairs or maintenance.
    • Any problems arising from phyical damage or neglect to prizes on the part of the prize winner or their acquaintances will not be covered by the manufacturers warranty or Afrihost.
    • Winners are required to provide Afrihost with a Copy of their ID (South African Identification Document) to receive their prize. 
    • Winners are required to provide Afrihost a pricture of themselves (with their prize, if applicable) within 7 days of receipt of the prize.
      Failure to do so will constitute a breach of the terms and conditions and thus your prize will be revoked.
    • The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa
