As the first ISP in South Africa to launch our own App back in 2012, we are ready to wow our clients with an updated and improved Afrihost App, specially designed for popular smartphones (but will also work on tablets with similar mobile operating systems).
The new App will allow clients to keep track of their active Connectivity products like DSL and Mobile Data, as well DSL Lines. Clients will also be able to purchase Top Ups in-app, and still get the same promotional and price benefits (such as seasonal 2-for-1Topups), but with much less effort. Clients will be able to view individual data usage reports on all their Connectivity products.
The App will also feature awesomely revamped Billing functionality, allowing clients to make payments in-app (via Debit Order and Credit Card), view invoices and statements, and to manage their payment details wherever they are.
Clients will also be able to link products to preferred payment methods, without ever having to contact us directly.
The Network Status is a brand new feature that delivers vital information regarding DSL, Mobile and Web Hosting services to clients on their mobile devices.
We plan to add a host of existing ClientZone features to the App, to give our clients access to the vital tools they use to get the most from their Afrihost products and services.
