3 - Connection speed
- Speeds and latency are dependent on a variety of factors such as number of devices connected and signal strength. Average speeds remain device and coverage dependent.
- The MTN LTE Network averages between 10-150Mbps.
- Telkom's LTE-A Network averages between 20-40Mbps.
- Fibre speeds vary from provider to provider.
Cancellation fee
- Pure Fibre
- Should you cancel your Pure Fibre less than 6 months from installation, or your account falls into arrears, you will be charged a cancellation fee of R999.
- The cancellation fee is NOT applicable to Frogfoot, Vuma, Vuma Aerial or Vuma Reach.
- Pure LTE
- SIM + Device - should you cancel your SIM + Device package in less than 6 months from signup date, or your account falls into arrears, you will automatically be charged a cancellation fee of R999.
- SIM Only - the cancellation fee does NOT apply to SIM Only packages. These packages can be cancelled at any time before the 15th of the month.
