Afrihost as an ISP overall, gets no star. However these stars are for Neo M. She is absolutely amazing and if I had a company, I would employ her at the drop of a hat. She has restored my faith in your call centre and went above and beyond to help me. Wow! Love you Neo! You've just made my day. You will achieve great things and should be promoted to top level management, and replace the current CEO. Afrihost is a better place, just by having you there. Godspeed.

I have been a customer of Afrihost for several months now and I am blown away by their excellent service. From the moment I signed up, their customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Since then, my internet speeds have been consistently fast and reliable, even during peak usage times. Anytime I have had an issue, their support team has been quick to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, I am extremely impressed with Afrihost and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch internet service provider. Keep up the great work!

He has been well trained by them on customer satisfaction and technically too. The WhatsApp service offered by Afrihost is some kind of MAGIC... Ompah displayed such patience and competence today in helping me to solve website backend access and mail access. IF I could have scored Ompah a 20/10 I would have. THANKS!!!!
