I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up. Fair is fair, I gave them a bad rating when I wasn't happy. I have to give them 5 stars based on today's service as well as the good service in the last year.

Afrihost may not be the "perfect" service provider (internet in SA still has a long way to go). None of them are, however they go out of their way to support you and address all your concerns. Their website is informative and easy to navigate for information. Their app is convenient and makes it easy to view my invoices or top up my internet. Their whatsapp chat service is available even during awkward hours and you chat to another human being, no nonsense bot or chatgpt ripoff. They really offer a good service overall. And their prices are deliciously reasonable. It's a win for me.

Service improved since last interaction!!!! hosting is unstable and support is rubbish, whatsup support is delayed where you can spend 2 hours on a simple inquiry, call centre doesn't take calls anymore and when there is a national issue with hosting you find out by accident when you emails start bouncing later to discover that Afrihost is having issues. Will start looking for an alternative service provider

Network installation was done fast and professional. Keep using Quinton and collegue from Britelink - Vumatel, he is very polite and professional, minimum messing where they worked. Very clean installation. This is for an uptime sensitive business, so I will be glad to evaluate and comment in the near future. I am a new customer with Afrihost so service still to be seen. . Don’t waste your time with any other service provider. I have been using Afrihost for over a year now and have never experienced an issue that wasn’t resolved within the hour that I reported it. Great service.
