The most important factors are ranked below...
1. Up time -I haven't noticed much or any downtime on your servers. I have used XXXXX previously and they went down for a number of days, have found that anything in excess of 24-48 hours makes users instantly look for new hosts. If the hosts communicate with the users as to the reasons, this does soften the frustration. But if there isn't communication and the problem re-occurs then the users scatter.
2. Speed of registration - So far you ppl get top marks for this :)
3. Script support
I haven't investigated your page enough for this - but previously aformmail problem was handled efficiently ...
Price doesn't really matter too much as long as you're within an acceptable range. As long as up-time, communication and speed of registration processing is good then you get the nod. :)
