I joined Afrihost over a year ago and not only have I had no technical issues in that time, I also love the fact that I get informed when there are better deals available then the current one I am on - Now that’s honesty for you and hard to find nowadays. Moving back home from abroad, I was reluctant to go with any of the “well known” service providers as I’ve heard and experienced some below par service and products.

I was recommended Afrihost through a friend. After some research and seeing their very competitive package structures to suit anyone ( from a one man band like myself, to large companies and families) I thought I would give them a bash as I wouldn’t be tied into any ridiculous contracts if i wasn’t happy.

The whole process from initiating the call to being online was incredible and quick. No fine print or hidden costs. The support staff are amazing too. Always friendly, excited to help and going over and above my expectations. When there are network or connectivity problems, Afrihost are quick to let their clients know and the issues are resolved promptly. The experience for me has felt very personal, like my needs come first, which is great - giving me piece of mind that my business will always be up and running.

I would absolutely recommend Afrihost to anyone I know. They are head a shoulders above their competitors.

As most of us know, service levels in this day and age have certainly taken a back seat. Once a company has a customer, they are forgotten in favour of profit making. Afrihost has broken this trend and has (thankfully!) focused their service levels towards a more customer-centric approach.

The relationship between a customer and his/her Internet Service Provider is normally an enigma : I normally don’t notice when they do anything right, only when they mess up! Afrihost is way different
From my first experience, setting up my prepaid account, to the numerous calls I’ve placed to help me with my faulty modem, to even forgetting my password (on a monthly basis :p)  - Their service levels have been exemplary! Always friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile!

I would like to take my hat off to the entire Afrihost team…Congratulations peeps on taking the market by storm, getting to the top, and constantly reminding us why you deserve to be there! Well done and keep it up!

For many years I had endless trouble with my ISP. I paid ridiculous prices to be connected to the internet with poor customer service! Ever since I was told about Afrihost, and I made the decision to change to this ISP, I have never looked back.

The service is impeccable! I could not ask for anything more, I am truly a satisfied customer. I am now getting 5 times the bandwidth from Afrihost than what I was getting from ******!

Thank you Afrihost for the wonderful service, and for being a brilliant ISP. I wish that more people knew that it is easily possible to change ISP’s. Change to Afrihost to have a smooth ride. I am a web and graphic designer in Durban and most of my time is spent online. The choice of ISP’s is very important for me.

I have had several ISP’s in the past number of years but I must say that, so far, Afrihost has been the best by far!

Their response to a problem has always been efficient, quick and resolved the issue without undue delay.
Even when my ADSL was still with Telkom, they were prepared to jump in and liase with Telkom on my behalf to resolve/improve Telkom’s short comings.

Well done Gian and your team ! No wonder you guys are the no. 1 ISP in SA.

Since having Afrihost as my business Service Provider as of March this year, I have had around 5-6 technical issues - mostly with MS Outlook and troubles I had juggling two accounts and then still having to integrate with my iPhone.  Apart from the friendly and very patient service I received, every technical assistant was VERY competent and spent a lot of time with me to resolve the trouble I was having. There was also no long waiting, as is often the case, to get to someone competent who was capable of providing actual fast, effective service.
