I would just like to say you are at the top of the list in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, and I really appreciate the service I’ve received from the customer support Team - it was excellent. Anything of value is worth every effort! Afrihost is Top-Shelf.
In a nutshell, I was getting ripped off with my previous provider, bandwith and support wise. Definitely a massive improvement, all round ! When I have called in for help, the consultant on other end is friendly and very capable of what they are doing, and everything is sorted out while on the phone.
Thanks again, I’m here to stay !

Firstly I would like to say thank you. For what you might ask? Well, for the excellent service you have provided us - my company, and me in my personal capacity. About two years ago we were with another ISP, no names mentioned, and we were paying an exorbitant amount for 5GB and having endless hassles. I then came across Afrihost and was a bit nervous to change as you can imagine. I convinced our directors too, as you were half the price and double the usage. Naturally, a cost saving for a director is a great thing in any organization, but if anything went down on our Internet, it was on me.
Well, two years later and we have experienced nothing but excellent service, the few times that I have called your staff for Telkom issues they have been well mannered and very efficient. My director was so pleased with Afrihost, we even changed his ISP at his personal residence to Afrihost.
When I think about it, our companies are very similar in the fact that we both want to supply South Africa with the highest level of customer service, and I can comfortably say Afrihost does this everyday.

PS. Every person that asks me about ISPs - I tell them there is only one. Afrihost.

I love the way the company is run. All companies have hiccups with their products, but the thing that drew me to Afrihost was their commitment to their clients and the way in which they handle their complaints. You guys stand out far above the rest, and you are setting a trend for the rest of the businesses to follow.

I never regretted switching from my previous ISP to Afrihost. The prices are amazingly shocking and give the client full control to make changes, register new domains, Emails and more through the Afrihost ClientZone. It’s breath taking. Now I don’t need to wait for my ISP to do any changes for me, which sometimes takes a week, but now I can do it by myself which takes just minutes. Thanks, Afrihost, THAT’S THE WAY TO GO!! ☺

You should be known across the globe for your excellence for it is quite unique!! Numerous times I have phoned your technical support, including weekends, and not once was I disappointed. Every single person I spoke to was very helpful, friendly and my problems were sorted quickly and at an especially high level of expertise.
