My free data package with my previous service provider expired without notice on a Sunday. Their minimum period to get me back up and running was 48 hours. You guys did it within 30 minutes on a Sunday. Well done! Good service like this is hard to find.

The ease of use in the ClientZone and billing procedures are so wonderfully structured and implemented by Afrihost, therefore allowing for a wonderful symbiotic relationship between the two businesses.
Afrihost does not understand the term “down time”, as the highly attentive staff understand the true importance of our business having to run 24\7 and thus keeping all nuts and bolts well lubricated to ensure 120% operation, all of the time!
Personally, we would not move to another hosting company even if the hosting was offered free of charge!
Afrihost as a website hosting facility is tantamount to air for breathing; you just can’t live without it!

I’ve been using Afrihost now for over a year. When I was looking for a new ISP and came across Afrihost I was shocked at first. I noticed they were offering a whole diversity of plans suited to meet almost anyone’s needs and at affordable and reasonable prices. At first I thought there must be some catch but later I realised Afrihost are truly committed to providing a superior service at a price you can afford.
The switch to Afrihost was incredibly easy and quick and I’ve been happy ever since. Having access to such a great Clientzone makes it easy to check your data, change your plan, top-up cap and so much more.
Regarding Afrihost support, I really have to commend Afrihost. When phoning for Tech support ect. your call is always answered quickly with very short waiting queues and holding time, making it easy to get the help or advice you need. Emails are also answered swiftly and the support section on the website makes searching the knowledge base or asking questions quick and painless.
Afrihost truly deserves ISP of the year and will have my continued support.
If your not with Afrihost your truly missing out on the best ISP experience.

I must say that Afrihost’s service levels are truly outstanding. The 24 hour telephonic support as well as the website are amazing. Their website is informative, stunningly usable and easy-to-read. The billing and automatically generated emails are instant and really useful and allow controllability.
The online support from the website is detailed and rapid and solves all questions.
Finally, there are many pleasant surprises like one free gig of data when I reached my cap and one free extra gig when I topped up with one gig.
In a world of competitive service Afrihost is tops. I used Telkom for a while and quite frankly its not worth even wasting time comparing.

I’ve been using Afrihost privately as an ISP for a while now without any problems, so when I needed to get a webhost for a client, I decided to give Afrihost a try as well.
I needed to confirm some specifications for my client before I registered the site. Much to my surprise, the answers to my queries arrived a few seconds before automated reply got to my inbox!
Naturally I registered the site and when I started the upload over the weekend, I had a few more queries and problems. Given my previous experiences with hosting (about 5 previous companies) I did not expect a reply until Monday, seeing that it was a Saturday afternoon.
Within minutes Afrihost contacted me with a few follow-up questions and every single one of my (numerous) questions and issues was resolved within 2 hours (including the time it took the DNS to update).
Brilliant.

I just want to say that you don’t get better support from any internet service providers. Every time I phone, my problem is solved. My wife signed up with Afrihost and when she passed away, the staff were very helpful in assisting me with the necessary administration.
I hope the CEO sees this letter and may God Bless you all for the good work you are doing, especially the friendliness whenever I call.
