<p>This is a major impact and our upstream provider in conjunction with our telco engineers are attending to this problem.</p>

<p>We do not as yet have an eta to the resolution of this problem but will be updating our web site and phones as soon as the matter has been resolved.</p>

IMPACT: Increased latency<br />
REASON FOR CHANGE: IS engineer to optimise international routing IS REFERENCE: CRQ9140</p>

<p>ADDITIONAL INFO:<br />
Due to miscommunication, our international upstream service providers scheduled technical resources for Friday 10th (and not Thurs 9/02/12 as previously planned). We do apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.</p>

<p>The scheduled change (INTL Access services between SA and London affected. Optimise backbone infrastructure. Service interruption < 4hrs) did not take place this morning.</p>

<p>Maintenance completed and IS are currently testing. ETA by 7AM scheduled to complete.</p>
