I don’t choose my ISP based on the lowest price - I choose them based on service levels and customer support. In that regard, Afrihost has always exceeded my expectations (and for my purposes they compare fairly on price too). I have always been impressed by their honesty and ethical marketing and they deliver what they promise. That is why I now use Afrihost for my ADSL line and bandwidth and recommend them to my friends and colleagues too.

I have been using Afrihosts uncapped service since it’s inception and have never had to look around for better service. At work where the business runs a Telkom account we keep an afrihost server on backup for when the Telkoms Capped service runs out… which is often lol. Keep up the great work Gian and team.

I signed up with Afrihost at the end of 2009 and have been a happy customer, bar the throttling (which is an IS issue anyway). Great service, great product (if you’re not downloading hundreds of gigs a month) and well-priced too. I hope they continue to grow, as SA needs an ISP like this.

Afrihost is setting the benchmarks for all South African companies, they are truly centered on customer service and client relations, they provide a rock solid service compared to other ISPs, and with all of this they are still priced competitively.

I have been an Afrihost client for a few months now and I must congratulate Afrihost on it’s excellent service.

When I first set the system up in my house I was a bit concerned about connectivity because I run 2 Laptops and a desktop continuously.

I HAVE NOT had one single day’s worth of problems. i have recommended Afrihost to a number of my friends and colleagues and I know a few of them will be changing to Afrihost as soon as their contracts with their current service providers expire.

The whole joining process was seemless and I have since cancelled by “main” ISP account from Afrihost’s competition. In fact they are no longer competition to Afrihost if I think about it. Not only was it quick and effortless, I get double my cap from the other ISP for the same price!!
Outstanding service!! Keep this up and I will be moving my sites here for hosting as well!!
