I have been using your capped internet for about a year now and I must say you guys are fantastic. I have been with many ISPs and none come close to you. The only downtime I’ve ever had has been due to Telkom issues.

I’ve been using Afrihost now for over a year. When I was looking for a new ISP and came across Afrihost I was shocked at first. I noticed they were offering a whole diversity of plans suited to meet almost anyone’s needs and at affordable and reasonable prices. At first I thought there must be some catch but later I realised Afrihost are truly committed to providing a superior service at a price you can afford.

The switch to Afrihost was incredibly easy and quick and I’ve been happy ever since. Having access to such a great Clientzone makes it easy to check your data, change your plan, top-up cap and so much more.

Regarding Afrihost support, I really have to commend Afrihost. When phoning for Tech support ect. your call is always answered quickly with very short waiting queues and holding time, making it easy to get the help or advice you need. Emails are also answered swiftly and the support section on the website makes searching the knowledge base or asking questions quick and painless.

Afrihost truly deserves ISP of the year and will have my continued support.
If your not with Afrihost your truly missing out on the best ISP experience.

I have just moved from WebAfrica as it was the previous IT support company’s provider. As I am now permanently employed in the IT function, I called WebAfrica who instead referred me to their website, called Afrihost and within 30 minutes I was sold and by the turn of the hour I was connected. I must admit to being very skeptical about changing my service provider, having been with Webafrica for many years and paying a high price for shaped bandwidth, but my son insisted it was OK so I moved to Afrihost! Well what a pleasure! Unshaped bandwidth at less than half of the price I had been paying for so long. Thank you Afrihost for restoring my faith, your service is just brilliant.

So i just wanted to say that even with the seacom cable down and we are rerouted i still get
a ping of 200MS playing on a EU server in the Netherlands!
Couldn’t get that kinda ping with any other ISP.

Afrihost is Fantastic, and I would recommend it to any MMO gamer out there!

I have been with Afrihost for a year or so. I search the web for comparitive internet offerings every few weeks, so far it seems I cannot beat Afrihost on cost, reliablity, support and flexibility.  Let’s not forget that Afrihost lead the way in the Internet revolution with their R29/GB offering, which forced a lot of knee-jerk from other ISPs. Way to go guys, now can you do something about our fixed line provider

Personally, I cannot fault the Afrihost service. I love the flexibility I have to play with my Capped account settings, especialy the auto-top-up options,  I cannot comment on support because I have never had to phone them, everything just works, and I can do everything I need in the Client Zone.

Great service, love the company ethic and spirit, there aren’t enough like you in this country.

Ek het verander vanaf ‘n bekende internet diensverskaffer in Suid -Afrika na Afrihost. By my ou diensverskaffer het ek baie probleme ondervind met ‘n 1. stadige en onbetroubare internetspoed 2.  baie “spam” en 3. ‘n “message centre” wat of die hele tyd staan en “loading” of nie “e-mails” weggestuur kan kry nie. My vorige diensverskaffer se “abuse-department” kon nie eers die probleme uitsorteer nie.
Ek is nou meer as ‘n maand by Afrihost en is geen oomblik spyt daaroor nie.  Elke dag kontroleer ek my internetspoed en is dit uiters stabiel en vinnig. Ek ondervind geen e-pos probleme nie en dinge soos “spam” nie. Die persoonlike diens wat ek kry van Gian (CEO) is iets wat ek dink mens by geen ander internet-diensverskaffer sal kry nie. Ek kan Afrihost aanbeveel want hulle diens is 100% en absoluut puik en Afrihost kan trots wees op dit wat hulle doen en sal hulle nog ‘n prominente rolspeler as ‘n internetdiensverskaffer in Suid-Afrika word.
