Hello Gian,
I wanted to write this letter yesterday but had a loss of words to express my feelings.
Yesterday morning 09th April 2006 I woke up with the idea to create a website for all the romantics out there (pure and clean romance and with the hope to make millions of course)!
I am already hosting another site with a company in Cape Town with my site somewhere in the UK. It initially took them a couple of days to send me the information to get started, but that was fine with me (typical service in this country).
Then I did a WHOIS on their site for romance.co.za and their website stated that it was available (ha ha . . .), only to do another WHOIS on CO.ZA to be bitterly disappointed.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I noticed romance.co.za was hosted on afrihost.com. My next option was romances.co.za and I then decided to search for another company to do the hosting. By doing a Google search I came across you company again and that’s when things really started to happen.
After going through most of the testimonials and testing their websites, I was amazed with their response times and decided this is the place to host my site.
Anyway the wife walked in as I hit the enter key on the application form and I excitedly explained to her about speed and response times and yes showed her the 1st lesson from you that I already received via email. Next moment I received two more mail from Afrihost. The one a thank you letter and the next one I could not believe my eyes, it was the IP address, control panel link etc . . . I could not believe that I could start my new website.
I did a WHOIS and my site was registered on my name. (And it was still Sunday 9th April 2006).
Gian, Afrihost definitely exceeded my expectations, your delivery of service is excellent and I am looking forward to do a lot of business with you.
Anyway, it is time for me and my wife Tanya to start on our new site (we are learning as we create).
A big thank you to you and all your staff, I am sure I was not the first to have been blown away by your excellent service.
